TICKET TO WORK PROGRAM SETUP & MAINTENANCE

DESCRIPTION   OF SERVICE

-Provide administrative EN services

-Setup and administer the Employer’s TTW program to receive financial incentives for hiring ticket eligible candidates with disabilities through SSA

-Submit the Employer’s monthly hiring reports to SSA to identify TTW candidates

-Meet with identified ticket-eligible employees and assist them with the SSA paperwork 

-Submit SSA paperwork for each eligible employee on the Employer’s behalf and maintain needed ongoing eligibility paperwork 

-Submit monthly invoices to SSA for the Employer to collect payments for hiring TTW candidates

VALUE OF SERVICE

-Removes the hassle of the Employer navigating through the arduous process of becoming a vendor with SSA

-Eliminates additional staffing costs needed to administer billing and TTW paperwork 

-Qualifies the Employer to receive significant financial incentives over a five year period for each eligible candidate hired and retained
